Q: I can't log in to Airportal.
A: Make sure you have activated Finavia's digital identity. You have received an email from Microsoft's service, which you need to accept via the Accept Invitation -link to activate the created Finavia visitor user account. Once the user account is activated, you will automatically receive access to Airportal.

Q: Which credentials do I use to log in?
A: Access to Finavia's digital services is based on your email address. For this purpose, we use your email address in the FinaviaPass permit system.
Q: I haven't received the digital identity activation message, even though my email is correct in FinaviaPass.
A: Contact Airportal's technical support: technical.support@finavia.fi
They will check the status of your user account and help you!
